Dangerous Chocolate Cake in a Mug

• 1 coffee cup
• 4 tblsp plain flour - not self raising
• 4 tblsp sugar
• 1 tblsp cocoa
• 1egg
• 3 tblsp milk
• 3 tblsp oil
• small splash of vanilla
• 3 tblsp chocolate chips (optional)

Method

Add dry ingredients to the mug and mix well with a fork. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.  Pour in the milk, oil and vanilla.  Mix well.  Add the chocolate chips (if using).

 Put the mug into the microwave and cook for 3 minutes on 1000 watts.  The cake will rise over the mug - do not be alarmed.  Allow to cool a little.

Tip onto a plate if desired.
